In Tarun Tahiliani

Sharvari attended a Diwali party on Tuesday evening wearing a churidaar suit from Tarun Tahiliani paired with gold sandals and a feather clutch. Diwali normally sees folks wear their blingiest outfit and I liked that she picked a relatively simpler one. She looked nice.

  1. The sash hanging on the side is the “design” element for which this outfit probably commands 10x the price it would at the stores in nearby markets
It looks hideous and like a towel

But its “designer” so must be worth the money Tarun makes off it when some elite fool buys it 🙂

  2. Really like the simplicity of this outfit! The lady carries it well, too, and always nice to see a new face on this blog! She’s looking beautiful.

  3. She is a pretty girl and should not always have that restrained smile. I know it’s not a blog about expressions but she doesn’t seem to be very comfortable in that outfit.

  4. One of the better Tarun Tahiliani outfits. Sharvari is looking elegant.
Thank God its not representative of his usual God awful designs.

  5. I dont know….it feels very Shilpa Shetty and I dont mean this in a good way.
I think celebs should leave Tarun Tahiliani alone for sometime until the designer does a reboot, gets some fresh ideas and stops thinking of Shilpa Shetty as a muse for every creation coming out of the fashion house. This is not at all a nice dress.

  6. She looks alright – though the apsara-style-dupatta-draped-as-blouse is not my cup of tea. Thank heavens it is the same color so it all merges!
