Sharvari opted to wear a sheer sari and embroidered jacket by Sabyasachi to the designer’s 25th anniversary show. Alas the jacket was too bulky and even the pallu around the arms didn’t help make it look less awkward. The combo didn’t work one bit.

Beautiful saree and she looks amazing, the top Alia wore was better suited here.
I like it
Individually, the pieces are gorgeous but together they’re a bit overwhelming, esp since the blouse isn’t fitted. Also, that pallu on the arm bit looks weird — it covers up the work on the left arm and exposes the stark black in the middle. I think it’d have looked better if the pallu was worn on the chest.
Really? I think she was one of the best dressed out of all the guests.
