When I saw the belt my mind immediately went to the belt scene in The Devil Wears Prada.
Indeed – cerulean blue sweater!!
I don’t think that she can carry off this dress. She’s looking like a 5 year girl playing dress up.
Big fan of color blocking in general but in this case the sandals seem like an afterthought – like the original footwear she had planned for the look didn’t work last minute. Maybe a darker shade of blue or royal blue would have worked better.
