On Vijaydashami, Rani made another appearance at a local puja pandal wearing a cream and maroon sari complete with gold jhumkis, a ranihaar and mogra in her bun.
You won’t find us complaining over here! 😛

Nothing to write home about.
Now this one is definitely head turning for the right reasons. White and red/ maroon, a classic Bengali combo + heavy jewelry is expected during “boron” where married women do aarti’s of Ma Durga in bridal finery.

the saree is lovely. The necklace looks like a bit too big and looks like a stage appearance.

I actually felt that the last lootwas more cheerful: maybe it has to do with the lighting. It is a tradition to wear your best during Durga Puja as it is celebration of mother’s arrival; hence the jewelry and heavy sarees.
