The International Emmy Awards took place in New York on Monday evening and in attendance was Radhika wearing an Iris Van Herpen illusion gown. The lining riding up was a bit distracting but probably unavoidable. Loved the gown on her nevertheless.
She also attended other events and was seen in a Dior gown, a Bibhu Mohapatra dress and a Reem Acra dress. Of the three, the Bibhu was an outright favorite. Loved it.

I like the Bibhu Mohapatra too! The whole palette is very subtle in colors but the style makes her sharp!

Absolutely love Iris Van Herpen and so happy to see her wear something so artistic instead of a standard ball gown for her first major international outing. The Bibhu is gorgeous too but to not be overwhelmed by the Iris van herpen dress is an absolute achievement. Perfect makeup and hair.

I think she carried off the Iris Van Herpen very well. It did not overwhelm her and good that she stayed away from accessorising. Well done!

I love Iris Van Harpen and it’s great to see someone wear his outfit. But out of all these outfits, I really like the Bibhu Mohapatra. Love the interesting and unusual pairing of the different colours and elements.

The Van sharpen outfit is stunning and offbeat.The way it is designed it almost looks like flames engulfing a woman. I Guess it might look even better on a tall girl. But still Radhika carries it off well. Love it
Bibhu Mahapatra one is actually my least favourite…its a weird design thats not coming together. Love her in all others…she looks very striking and definitely stands out. kudos for choosing unique designs over run of the mill ball gowns. 3rd picture in the 1st row she actually looks like a much younger Ms Rai.
Wish she had changed the hair. all outfits its the same severe bun. I like the Reem Acra more, she also seems much more comfortable and herself in that.
Love that we have an outing for an Indian celebrity in Iris Van Herpen,-would love to see this label on Sonam or Natasha.

Radhika’s fashion choices have always been interesting and I LOVE that she took her first international op and ran with it. Yes, the lining riding up is unfortunate and the hair is same-y but none of that takes away from the fact that she chose great designs and impactful designers (an Indian too, yay), made her presence felt on a serious platform — where she was actually representing her art and not a make-up brand — and exploited the opportunity to the hilt. More power to her!
