Over the weekend, Priyanka attended Joe Jonas’ 30th birthday bash that had a James Bond theme and keeping with the theme, she wore a feathered sheer dress by Ralph & Russo with feathered sandals and a glitter clutch.
I am a bit conflicted about this look. I like the dress on the model more because of the skin colored lining. Priyanka wearing hers with the high-waisted panties just makes my eyes go to them versus the dress. Just me feeling that way?

Bad on way too many levels. The black spanx underneath doesn’t bother me as much as the harsh makeup and dark lips. The dress itself is also too 90s and not in a good way.
That dress is fugly – both on the model and on Priyanka! And skin-colored lining or not, I am grateful for the bits she covered up.
This look doesn’t leave anyone shaken or stirred.
It would have looked even more ugly with skin colored lining like the model. The ruffles could have been placed better(lower).
Would rather like priyanka when she is dressed simple and elegant rather than this monstrosity of a dress.

No, the skin color lining on Priyanka would have looked bad unless it matched her exact skin tone. I dont like any of her outings much these days sartorially.
The makeup is the main culprit here.

Not a good dress even on runway, just the styling on model saves it., but yeah by the time it comes on Priyanka it becomes a different piece altogether.. bad heavy make up.
The dress is bad, on both. But between the two, Priyanka is faring better in my opinion. The skin color lining is worse.
i don’t know what is happening with her style lately. makeup is so bad dress is ugly and this kind of a neckline does not suit her neck and face

I honestly don’t see skin lining on the model. I see her skin panties though which I don’t think would have looked good on PC.
I don’t see any lining either. To me it looks like the model is wearing a skin coloured bodysuit.
Why are her face and neck 2-3 shades lighter than the rest of her skin? It looks so bad against the top of her shoulders.
PC has become a caricature. None of her sartorial choices impress. Yet they all stand out for the wrong reasons.
Terrible makeup, fugly outfit…PC’s recent outings are just so cringe-worthy. She has completely lost that chutzpah that she brought to Hollywood when she arrived.
I actually like the berry lip with the navy blue. Can’t really notice the undies so this look seems fine to me. She makes it look more luxurious than the model with her accessories & her aura

There ain’t no lining on the model’s version. Given the theme, I want to imagine PC in something sleek and sharp. Not this! Can we have the 2017/18 PC back please!

I know PC always had a liking for flashy (sometimes tacky) outfits, but this girl has also worn so many elegant and cheek outfits, that we get excited with anticipation of how her next look would turn out, but then she keeps disappointing us time and again
