I like the dress but not a huge fan of the sleeves at the wrist part.
Also I always really dislike her footwear. She picks the ugliest heels.
Oscar De La Renta or not, that’s one frumpy outfit. I quite like her makeup here. The square-toed open mules look nice. Didn’t we see her wear similar shoes (in black) recently?
That is one frumpy dress. And the sandals are awful.

Priyanka has taken it upon herself to popularise these ugly square toed shoes.,,,just they way she tried a few months back to popularise those ugly tiny purses.
…and those tiny sunglasses before that!
Also, I remember she used to have a good shoe game. Remember there was a time when she used to experiment a lot with styles when the general trend was to wear pumps with almost everything. It’s ironic that now it’s mostly the shoes that ruin most looks.
The only sandals i remember her patronizing before going to America were those Payal wali sandals from Guiseppe Zanotti! h

The print on the dress is too loud – not a big fan. Those shoes are downright awful!
This is probably one of her better sightings on this promotional tour. I’d have picked navy minimal ankle strap sandals but other than that, her face and hair look very pretty. This side part with straight hair suits her the most IMO.
