As part of her ambassador duties, Priyanka attended the opening of the Bvlgari hotel in Roma wearing a feather sleeve white gown by Giambattista Valli. Contrasting the emerald necklace with white was a good move but can’t say I like this particular gown. But, then it was the Harley Quinn-esque hairdo that was the bigger deal breaker for me.
Did you like that she went more offbeat with this look than opt for a classic do?

I think this is a right amount of quirk. Remove the hair and it would be another nice dress with an out of place chunky necklace. The hair brought a bit of edge and make everything work for it.
