Priyanka attended Carolina Herrera’s 35 Years In Fashion book launch in NYC on Thursday evening sporting a denim trench dress from the Spring 2017 presentation.
The trench with its boxy feel already had a bit of the 80s vibe and giving it more punch was the sleek high ponytail and deep burgundy lips.
Ms. Chopra looked good!

I personally don’t see NYC as the fashion capital of the world. I think that distinction should go to London or Paris.

What!??? I live in NYC and it definitely is one of the fashion capitals of the world, if not THE fashion capital of the world. What’s also so cool is that no one cares what you’re wearing, so there is such an awesome mix of fashion happening.
I also think London and Paris are much more fashionable than New York. I’ve only seen fashionable people in NY around one or two fashion colleges and that is it.
that’s really surprising. It depends on what your definition of fashion is. You won’t see people walking around in couture, but you will see majority of the people on top of the fashion game for sure. Take a stroll through 5th ave. You won’t be disappointed.

If she lost that torque/choker and changed her lipstick color to something less intimidating, I think it’d look more contemporary rather than a costume for a 80’s theme Halloween party!

I love this on her! The slouchy fit on top and snug fit at the bottom doesn’t bother me and feel it does make it easy on the eyes. I’m buying whatever she is selling here.
