Wearing a Ritu Kumar crop top and skirt, Pooja attended a Diwali party on Tuesday evening. To me, the separates were screaming Anamika Khanna. Just me feeling that way? As for Ms. Hegde, she looked nice in the set but the outfit felt more like it belonged to a cocktail party not a festive one.

Somehow this feels incomplete … just me feeling that way ?
I think Anamika Khanna would have added at least three more elements to this outfit – something with lace, something with embroidery and a long piece of cloth (cape, long dupatta etc etc).
This outfit looks unfinished, material is too busy and the proportions are not right. Pooja, to her credit, still does well.
Can’t put my finger on it, but there’s a bit of ‘same ol, same ol’ feel to Pooja’s dressing. Or maybe that’s because the Bollywood circuit tends to wear the same sort of clothes, cuts, styles?
