She seems super self conscious in both looks
One thing I have learned from experience is that unless one has broad shoulders one should refrain from wearing clothes with dropped shoulders, it is not a good look
She would have looked better in the black dress if she had worn better shoes. The high top makes her look short.
One thing I have learned from experience is that wear what you want to . Wear what makes you happy and don’t listen to people who tell you to wear things which make you look thin. Our sole aims in life is not just that.
