At the Indian Sports Honours awards event, Deepika was seen in a black sari by Sabyasachi paired with a full-sleeve blouse. Given that the designer likes to have the leading ladies wear heavy jewellery as well, the relatively simpler earrings here came as quite a surprise. Having said that though, the novelty of this “Sabya” look (the sari/hairdo/full-sleeveblouse combo) has worn off for me so can’t say am loving it.

Wearing print-on-print-on-print, Nimrat suited up in Cilvr for a recent Awards event appearance. This might have been a look that worked on paper (or in an editorial) but Nimrat looked entirely swallowed up by the suit. Can’t say I was a fan, Ms. Kaur deserves better!
