She paired some of the light weight fabrics with knitted jackets, cardigans and shrugs.

WLIFW: Monisha Jaisingh


Monisha Jaisingh’s collection was a smart and very wearable collection. She had mini skirts, tunics, pants and jackets, pieces of clothings that every woman pretty much owns. Sequined jackets and tunics and reptile prints on beige were the main features of the collection.

WLIFW: Priyadarshini Rao


A modern touch to classic tones marked Priyadarshini Rao’s collection, which had kurta and tops worn with churidars. The color palette included pinks, olive greens, reds and blues. The designer added a casual feel by adding bell-bottom frills to full length sleeves.

‘Space Age Sundari’ was the theme of Rehane’s fall collection. Rich, vibrant silks provided the ethnic base to western silhouettes. The color palette included royal blue, plum, bottle green with extensive goldwork.

Manav Gangwani’s collection “Sunset Boulevard” was a diffusion line with opulent designs. Heavy embroidery and beadwork marked both the menswear and womens wear lines with black, peach and salmon being predominant colors.
