I wouldn’t have picked this color for a day event but can’t deny that Aishwarya looks fab in the black Gucci. Love the t-strap sandals.
Junior B’s black shoes, on the other hand, are sticking out like sore thumbs with those light denims.
Update: Ms. Rai is in Gucci and not Léger.

Let’s get the things that we like out of the way first, shall we? Love the color on her, almost as much as the fact that she kept her look quite minimal, simple and elegant.
The part that could’ve used some help… The do for sure. A bit of a change would go a looong way.

As much as I love Hrithik, this appearance of his is such a downer in that satin waistcoast. And, do I see a satin mini-tie??? WTHeyyy is that??? The only good thing about his look is that his scruffy look (one that he had on for ‘Guzarish’ is finally over).
Suzanne, on the other hand, looks fabulous in the sequin dress. I just wish she hadn’t paired the dress with a silver clutch and silver shoes.

As much as I love a black/yellow combo, this ruffled gown isn’t a favorite. I feel like someone took the upper part of a satin cocktail dress and the lower one of a day dress and combined them together to create this look except it isn’t coming together. The criss-cross detail is too fierce for the chiffon ruffles.
P.S. If you are wondering why there is a snake around her neck, it was because she was promoting her upcoming movie ‘Hisss’ in which she plays a snake woman who takes on human form.
