It was a Prada 60’s inspired dress from the Fall 2010 collection for Anu on day two that she paired with bow heels and a glittery clutch. Anu did change up the hair a wee bit (if you can call it that) by going for soft curl ends. Such beautiful outfits and she does wear them well but at the end of the day, the same-ole-hair just makes them all feel so monotonous.

Many stuck to black but red was also a popular color on day two of HDIL Couture week with Shweta Bachchan, Tanya Dubash and Sonali Bendre sporting it in various dress versions.
Considering many disappointed on day two, quite liked these ladies for sporting a color other than black and a shade that flattered. Of course, we wish Sonali would just ditch those bib necklaces. Enough already! The lady is obsessed with them! Of the three, Shweta was a favorite in the red Michael Kors. She looked fab!
P.S. Tanya is Adi and Parmeshwar Godrej’s daughter and a businesswoman.

It’s hard to believe that after years in the spotlight and facing cameras, Gauri would make such a rookie mistake of wearing sheer skin-colored panty hose. They almost never picture well with flashes and to err on the side of caution, it is better to just go without.
But, the sheer panty hose wasn’t entirely to blame either. With the extreme tan that Gauri had on, this hot pink dress just didn’t work. We didn’t like at all!
P.S. We think the dress is a Cavalli.

It may feel like women dominated the runway on day two of HDIL Couture week especially in Maheep Kapoor’s show but three leading men stole the show. Amitabh and Hrithik walked for Karan Johar/Varun Bahl and and were joined by SRK on the runway later. The trio, on SRK’s cue, recreated few moves from ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ and ‘Shaava Shaava’ that almost made you wish for KJo to go back to his multi-starrer mega-movie days. But I digress.
During the first show, Malaika Arora presented Queenie Singh’s jewellery in a Nandita Mahtani creation while Raveena Tandon wore Raj Mahtani’s (no relation to Nandita) jewellery. It was great to see Raveena on the runway but a heavy-choker piece is not what we’d have picked for her to wear.
