Bhavna dazzled again at Doha on day two. Alas, the same cannot be said about Nandana. What a dud appearance! Did she forget she was at a film festival. Not only was the sari bad but she wore it so dowdily. She reminds me of the time, back in the day, when mom would go grocery shopping and the pallu would always be tucked in because it was time to do business (read: haggle haggle haggle). 🙂

Bollywood presence was eerily low (not that it’s a bad thing, au contraire) at the recently concluded Wills Fashion Week Spring Summer 2011 edition with only three shows featuring folks from the tinsel world. Shilpa for Tarun was not surprising at all but seeing Chitrangda sure was.

Another day, another launch. And this time, it was the launch of a magazine (BBC Knowledge) at which doing the honors was Sonam Kapoor. Wearing navy, Ms. Kapoor looked impeccable. We like.
