Trust Ms. Panag to pull off a wedding without the media even getting a whiff of it. The actress tied the knot with beau Rishi Attari in Panchkula on Sunday. Gul looked adorable in the pink JJ Valaya.

Anita Dongre Timeless: LFW Summer/Resort 2011

Love and Life was the collection presented by Anita Dongre’s Timeless label which used mul created specially from fair trade yarn, a cause that Ms. Dongre is very close to. The collection predominantly featured festive lehengas but also included saris, empire line kurtas and dresses for summer wear.

I loved just about every lehenga bottom but the brocade patchwork cholis paired with the white/gold lehengas were too busy for my taste.

The finale piece, a pale pink lehenga that was sported by Dipannita Sharma (see inside) was a favorite.

The ‘Chak De’ girls were united again at Fashion Week and while the dresses they wore were interesting, it was the footwear & clutches that brought their look down. The cream clutch and sandals were too plain for Vidya’s purple draped number and the black clutch way too stark for the colorful orange number worn by Sagarika.
