Also at Cannes were Kanishtha and Sabyasachi with the designer having dressed the Miss India.

Wearing an ornate Sabyasachi lehenga, Kanishta channeled modern royalty and, as pretty as she did look, the fabulous look seemed a tad out of place on the red carpet.

Also, just how dapper does the designer himself look? Loved Mr. Mukherjee’s appearance on the red carpet.

In what seemed like a Gaurav Gupta mini, Priyanka attended the press meet of IIFA 2011 which will be held in Toronto this year.

Wait, is that a yawn I see coming from you? The outfit in itself wasn’t anything to get excited about, but neck up I did think she looked good. After a spate of appearances in bad make-up, this time it was much better.

Frieda, the last of the Indian L’Oreal girls making an appearance, made her first (appearance that is) in a Lanvin dress (via RCFA) at the amfAR Gala with beau Dev Patel.

I thought she looked great in her shimmery cocktail dress but would’ve preferred a more interesting choice of footwear.

The white feathered dress is much too princess-ey/whimsical (or perhaps we can blame Björk for ruining it for us) for our taste but there is no denying the fact that Mallika looks amazing in it. She also finally got the accessories and the hair right.

We love that she just is having so much fun with the look.
