A Sabyasachi sighting is a must at an Awards show and giving us just that was Sumalatha. Also working a sari (not a Sabyasachi however) was actress Charmi. Of the two, preferred Sumalatha’s.

For the awards show, it was a Rocky S gown for Ramya.
As much as Ramya tried to work the look, it didn’t quite fly. Neither were we fans of the gown nor the patch-up job.

At the recent Awards, Ms. Haasan worked the Gauri and Nainika gown, thigh-high split and al. A Dior clutch, red lips and black pumps completed her look. We like.

Am not sure if it’s the colors of the lehenga, the make-up or both, but something’s definitely off here. A ‘Not Quite‘ for us. Bummer considering the good run she’d been having.
P.S: Not very long ago, Asin too had worn a yellow-pink Nikasha lehenga, albeit a different version.
