The finale of the Max Fashion Icon Search saw Cosmo editor Nandini in a striped Gauri and Nainika dress paired with red suede pumps. The highlight of the outfit though was her Lulu Guinness eye wristlet that she had a lot of fun posing with (see here).

On Women’s day, Aishwarya made an appearance at an AIDS awareness event as part of her UNAIDS International Goodwill Ambassador duties. Just when you think Ms. Rai can’t do worse, she does. The bell-sleeves churidaar suit was just so dowdy!

Before you go, it ain’t big deal, the event doesn’t really call for it, we have to ask… Who says, you can’t opt for a sombre yet smart look? It’s saying something if Ms. Sawant with considerably far less access can manage to look smart (as gimmicky as her move was) at her event, and not Aishwarya.
