Nina sightings are far and few between and so whenever we get one, we’re over the moon. Now, the flared Maje dress that she sported isn’t one that we’d have predicted to be her style but that didn’t mean she looked bad in it. She looked good thanks to the edgy Gianvito Rossi heels she wore the dress with.

Adding more spark to the look was a glittery Mawi clutch (on my lust list) and diamond jewellery, the latter which we think she totally should’ve skipped.

Black Was The Night

For their appearance at the event last night, both Sona and Pratima picked black dresses, a BCBGMaxazria for the former and a ruched, kaftan’esque number for the latter. Keeping make-up soft and wearing their hair down, both ladies went easy on accessories with just their choice of clutch adding that bit of punch to their look. Both of ’em looked good!

The ladies’ arm-candy deserves special mention… Love the Anand Bhushan ‘Junkyard’ clutch on Sona and Pratima’s B Romanek ‘Rockstar’ clutch.

Shaheen may have picked a simple BCBG gown for the Vogue Beauty Awards but she looked anything but. Adding some punch to the look via a gold BV knot clutch and jewellery from her line, the designer finished out the look with a bold red lip.

All in all, a look worn well. Really well.

For her appearance at the Beauty Awards held last evening, Huma picked a gown by Amit Aggarwal. An updo, dramatic eye make-up, berry lip and t-strap sandals completed the look. She looked great!

One of the very few to go the sari route, Dipannita’s Frou Frou sari provided quite a respite from the sea of gowns and dresses that we saw at Vogue Beauty Awards.

I only wish the shoulder drape was not so relaxed and the hair didn’t dominate the look.

Jewellery from Sapphire and a glittery Annika Rucci clutch finished out the look.
