At the HT Most Stylish Awards, Deepika was seen in a sari gifted to her by Rekha paired with a gold choker, smoky eyes and a tight bun.

In a way Ms. Padukone sure threw us a curveball by opting for a non-designer sari and she did look lovely. But having said that, the look also felt very Sabyasachi. All that was missing was his signature embroidered border on the sari and that black bindi. 😉

P.S. This isn’t the first time we are seeing her in this sari. She wore it to her friend’s wedding paired with the same jewellery a few months ago.

Considering designer Manish Malhotra also had a fashion show at the event, we aren’t surprised to see Ms. Penty wear a dress by the designer. She sure wore the sequin and feather dress well but I so wish she’d sported a wine-hued dark lip. The makeup didn’t seem to complement the dress effectively.

Sonam attended the HT Most Stylish Awards wearing a dress by Paris based label, Hyun Mi Nielsen. By now, we’ve come to expect Ms. Kapoor to always deliver something OTT especially when it comes to such high-profile events and she definitely did that.

But, except for the color and the Aquazzura sandals, I really didn’t like the dress. Oddly, it wasn’t that sleeve that did it for me. The deal breaker for me were those darts creating a conical bust. An homage to 90s it may have been but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. Also, I didn’t think the diamond jewellery worked with the color. Maybe something in gold would’ve worked better.

At the HT Most Stylish Awards in Mumbai, Mandira was seen in a sheer draped gown by Gaurav Gupta, whom she favors quite a bit. Now, the gown itself may not be everyone’s cup of tea but she did wear it well. Just wish she’d worn pumps and picked a nude clutch to go with the look. The big rectangle pouch was more of a distraction.

As I head off to do some crunches, I ask you, did you like her red carpet look?

At promotions of her upcoming series that she stars in, Nimrat was seen in a silk wrap dress from AppaPop paired with hoops and clear sandals. Sure she looked nice, but I cannot ignore the fact what a blatant ripoff of a Zimmermann dress this is.
