Aishwarya started her day at Cannes today wearing a Manish Arora maxi with jewellery from Noor Fares. Given the time of day, I actually liked the off-shoulder maxi as it had a casual vibe and the colors weren’t too psychedelic as to blind, which is mostly the case when it comes to most Manish Arora designs.
She looked nice.

If we asked you to spell drama would you say Kangana? Don’t blame you. After tackling the Sixties with her Breakfast at Tiffany’s inspired look (movie, not the book), Kangana took on the Seventies in her Nedret Taciroglu fully embellished jumpsuit. Big hair and de Grisogono jewels rounded out the actor’s look perfectly.
Don’t care for how the beading/embellishment falls over the crotch, there’s no way to un-see it. Bit of a downer that. That aside, there’s no two ways about it… Ms. Ranaut owned it head to toe.
So y’all think Kangana is going to take on the Eighties next?

Deepika walked the red carpet in an Ashi Studio couture gown. Jewel-toned pumps and stunning Lorraine Schwartz jewels complemented the gown rather well. And finally, all that pink fluff was perfectly off set with a sleek updo, smokey eyes and nude-ish lip.
Look, it’s no mean feat to let all that knife-pleated, sculpted tulle not overwhelm you; major props to Deepika for owning it. She made it work and then some!
On a different note, wish her stylist and she picked another Ashi gown, one that wasn’t already extensively used in editorials and been so visible on Instagram. The over exposure killed the drama that should’ve come with this sighting. Minor gripe considering regardless of all that, Ms. Padukone shone.

Aishwarya made her way to Cannes on Thursday evening keeping it basic and opting for comfort in black separates, a Burberry tote and Jimmy Choo sneakers.

She may have worn a pantsuit to the red carpet but for evening events, Huma sported gowns wearing a shimmery Manish Malhotra to one with a Drome long coat and a Paule Ka strapless gown and Paule Ka coat to another.
Of the two similar looks, we think she did much better in the Manish Malhtora. The issue with the Paule Ka was the satin corset belt. With it being that broad and that flashy, it was very distracting.
