Huma attended a gala wearing a custom piece from Jewellyn Alvares featuring a white blazer that had a train of tulle going from the front to back. Because this had to be a “costume” given the theme, she also added a fascinator from Maaneh Millinery. I really want to like it but that train of tulle just wasn’t working and made her look stumpy. I almost want to take a pair of scissors and cut it out at the shoulder.

Wearing It Again.

Sushmita attended a costume gala on Sunday evening re-wearing her Amit Aggarwal gown that she wore as a showstopper to the designer’s show 11 years ago! I didn’t think the beret worked with that gown but loved seeing her re-wear the gown. Wish she’d just picked a simple fascinator with the mesh net.

A digital magazine hosted a gala themed Costume For A Cause where Ms. Gabbi was seen wearing a strapless gown from Itrh with a butterfly fascinator. I don’t particularly like the gown but considering some of the other guests at this event, she was way better turned out.

Wearing a cream Kora kurta suit, Mira attended a sitar concert on Sunday evening and while the emerald studs were a nice touch, the logo-ed Gucci slides she decided to pair the suit with was quite a downer. This would’ve looked so lovely with just white juttis.
