For promotions of her movie, Nushrat wore embroidered separates by Sonaakshi Raaj and a pantsuit from Label Deepika Nagpal. Loved her in the separates. As for the pantsuit, besides giving us a bit of Safiyaa vibes (see Priyanka’s pic from KWK inside), those platform heels looked awful.

Love the green outfit, minus the platform heels. Would have loved the first one if the pants weren’t looking so long….almost feels like the circus people that walk around wearing wooden legs….could just be an issue with the camera angle but looks weird.
Her outfits in Chhalaaang were also ruined by some poor footwear choice. Its ok to be short
Few movies back I started noticing how high her heels were in each n every song… she really is conscious about her height.
Not just in Challang but way back in the movie Sonu-Titu one. Lol

I am sure actresses face pressure about looking too tiny next to male counterparts. I can imagine casting directors says “bahut chotti hai” and not casting them. So, I do understand the need to be in heels, for celebrities. Plus, Platforms are the most comfortable heels, wish she chose some nicer ones! I do like both her outfits!!
Yeah. It also seems to be a personal preference in Nushrat’s case. She wears blocky platforms in her movies too. She’s a pretty woman and a talented actor. I hope she starts feeling more comfortable with her height over time.

Love both outfits! And while the platforms stand out starkly, I can understand the need to wear heels – especially with pants – I am guilty of the same thing! Again, not to say that being short is a bad thing, BUT these outfits look so much nicer when you have elongated legs!
