Ms. Cyrusi was spotted at two different events this past week and while I loved the green printed mini, the look in itself felt all over the place with the tan sandals and the serious black clutch.
No complains about the all-black look though. Which look do you prefer?

I would have liked the green one if she would have worn something on top of that, it just looks very incomplete to me. The black one is OK, though I prefer longer shirts with jeans. Doesn’t the bright red lipstick make her look older?
