At the opening of a restaurant in Dubai last Friday, Nargis was seen in a shimmery cobalt blue Rami Al Ali gown. I believe the gown is backless hence the fit at the bust seemed a bit off because of the arm post but the color more than made up for it.
I do wish though she had paired the gown with more interesting footwear. The Louboutins felt a bit too safe.

I think she looks fab including the footwear..the dress in itself is very royal and if she would have paired it with flashy footwear, it would have gone over-board…at the max, she could have tried a thin white stiletto with it…but nonetheless she looks beautiful in the entire ensemble!

Ooof, if she had picked up on the lilac roses and worn lilac heels, this would have been next level incredible! Major love for this dress and look.

u guys concentrate too much on shoes!! sometimes u just want to be comfortable.. not everyone likes to experiment with shoes, especially when you are supposed to stand for hours…

Wish she’d picked on the autumny colours of the lining and gone with some rust/ burnt orange shoes. Would have complemented the royal blue really nicely.

Gorgeous! But a bit much for restaurant opening, me thinks… but then, I have been so out of touch with all these mega events these people have for song release, album release, movie survived for a weekend, and what not, that this tells me its quite run of the mill event…!
