Mrunal attended a high-profile birthday event wearing a top from Qua paired with a dark-wash button front denim skirt, strappy Louboutins and a Chanel bag. I liked the pieces individually but not quite together.

I like the look – elegant and simple. The overall styling and make up elevate the look – In a sea of OTT outfits that are too revealing or fashionable for the sake of it, I appreciate the “relatable-ness” of this outfit.
I like that chose that skirt instead of the same old boot-cut denims with that top. What I dislike is the lack of neatness in the look – the unnecessary pooling of the top around the waist instead of cleanly tucking it in while letting the looseness fall over the skirt a bit. It would have also made the fall of skirt visually cleaner which right now looks slightly lopsided on the waist. I would swap the hair with a sleek ponytail.
Each individual clothing is good, the finish is lacking, I believe.
Is an open Chanel flap bag like open Hermes kellys/birkins a new thing? Close the bag, girl!!!
Mrunal is a beautiful woman but both that top and skirt are very drab and unflattering.
I really like the look. A really well put together look. I am never a fan of grey so I think same top in white would have looked even better.
