Wearing Her Own

Wearing her own design, Masaba attended the premiere of The Crown in London on Tuesday evening. Instead of a rubies, she contrasted the black and white look with emerald and diamond jewellery from Amrapali Chopard, which I loved.

Just wish she’d worn non-glittery sandals. Considering there was so much bling going on at the neck, the eyes didn’t need that additional distraction.

  1. I do like the black vs white but there’s something not quite right about this whole look; but I can’t put a finger on it. Lovely jewelry though.

    • My initial thought too..then I looked again, thank god it’s a lotus. I’m curious to know where is that white fabric tucked at the behind!? Not a fan of her designs anyway

  3. I feel that particular necklace is misplaced with that outfit. It needed some bold and striking jewelry to go with the outfit. Other than that she looks nice.

  4. She looks stunning. But distracted by what looks like the Pakistan flag type thing and that the necklace is not lying properly on the dress/ neckline though

  5. The entire Outfit though is quite edgy & black and white, I personally believe, always makes a statement. But something is weird about her face. May be her makeup or may be her expressions. But yes, those glittery shoes could have been skipped and she could have opted for something subtle, maybe like something in nude or black.

  6. It’s a weird outfit, the necklaces sit weirdly on the neck like a choker. The lotus with the crescent motif; if the message is communal harmony then I’m in favour.

  7. Does her face remind anyone else of Sonam? It’s like she’s used the exact same make up technique and then copied the facial expressions to a T.
