Asking again for my own info (= not being snarky), what does “wearing it well” mean? Do you mean she carries it off well, so it’s about the wearer’s panache, and not the outfit?
I think what they mean is everything is coming together really well, the wearer looks comfortable and confident 🙂
She wears it VERY well.. Stunning
not sure if its the ruched effect that’s changing the midriff portion of the dress, but HATE it anyway.
also, the dress seems a tad too snug on her.
