Umm. no. Its the ballerina who decided to go clubbing but didn’t have time to change and made her own improvisations ( low neck, messy bun and heavy makeup). Also- isn’t this the same dress that DP wore somewhere?

i agree very sad.. when she was younger she was so confident in her own skin (no pun intended).. wonder if the aging is making her insecure.. Also is that illusion panel meant to keep the dress together? it looks weird.
Not being selective… but the few people who show off their dark/non fair skin look a whole lot better than the fair turned ones. This is saaaad.
This is terrible. If you have seen the campaign shots or any promotional shots, the dress is enough on its own and doesnt need heaps of diamonds, red lip and everything in the world to make it OTT. This is just horrible.
Whatever is around her neck needs to go.
And the make up is 3 shades lighter.
This dress is not to my personal liking but she wears it well.
The makeup is a total let down
So I’m a couple of years younger than her – I bought a few other pieces from the collection but stayed away from this one… damn am I regretting it now. Not that I’m anywhere close to her!

I am just thinking about the practical usage of this dress. It cannot be worn anywhere other than a red carpet. Such a waste of money.
I’ve seen atleast 20 other bloggers wear the same dress this week. Interesting PR strategy.
That is because H&M invites bloggers to a special preview event where they sell the clothes before it hits the stores. It’s a way to create buzz.
Terrible makeup can’t look past it. It’s as if legs belong to one person and face to another, esp in pic # 1

This looks like the big’ish red version of the Big Bird. Actually, ridiculous was what came to my mind first.
Tons of makeup takes everything away from this look.
I don’t mind the dress but the pearl choker (or whatever it is that she has around her neck) needs to go. Also, the makeup has a very geisha-isque vibe to it.
When women don’t embrace their natural skin color it ends up looking fake and cakey. And ages them a lot unnecessarily. Now that deeper skin tones are being embraced why are people still whitewashing themselves?

LOVE the colour of the dress. the neckline and jewellery are a complete downer. and the make-up – why o why the obsession with looking white- not expected from this sassy lady at all
The dress could have worked with simple finishing touches, but the geisha makeup pushes the look into the trying too hard category.

Why this selective criticism??
Her make up seems to age her. She looks tired. The jewellery was unnecessary when there is so much red happening on the dress and her lips. Most times, less is more.
