Kriti attended promotions for her upcomign movie wearing a Jacquemus cutout blazer dress. The addition of the lace pantyhose made fro an interesting touch and while she looked great in the photoshoot in those chunky ankle-strap sandals, the kitten heel mules that she stepped out in at the real event was a bit of a whimper. And yep, I know, the kitten heels is to downplay her height to appease the masses that cannot accept that a leading lady can be taller than the leading man.

the kitten heels make me sad on so many levels.
that said, given she’s going to continue to need them, isn’t there any way those options can be elevated? i mean, *why* would you wear mules (or are they slingbacks?) with an outfit like this?

A pair of black oxford shoes would’ve been cooler than kitten heels.
Her switch to kitten heels maybe due to the height difference with her co-star.. that makes me more sad
