In Nor Black Nor White
Wearing a voluminous Nor Black Nor White dress, Kiran took in the shows at ongoing Fashion Week. Necklaces from Kichu and plaid sneakers were her accessories of choice. We love ourselves some boxy, oversized clothes and this cheery dress sure checks all our boxes. All except one. Wish it wasn’t thaat roomy; it was both overwhelming and unflattering.

Yikes! What is that?Shudder! I don’t really get her style. She wants to be quirky and different all the time but she ends up wearing things that make her look so weird. In her quest to stand out, she does stand out but for the really wrong reasons!

Kiran Rao looks like she got swallowed by some towels! so forced and pretentious!
its just too much quirk. she need some sexy ankle booties and a long chunky necklace to pull the look together and definitely strong bold eyes. The plaid shoes look ridiculous with this.
We get it, Kiran – you are really smart and intellectual. Now please can you wear some normal clothes. Thank you.
I think she looks cute.
I love this girl. I think she looks great and HERSELF.
Crazy.. And shes not the 20ies some thing still figuring out what looks good on her…
Quirky or clownish?
She would have looked cute if the dress was not over sized.
All the access to stylists and funds and one ends up wearing this monstrosity??
There’s a fine line between quirky and eccentric. Looks like Ms. Rao just left that line behind.
LOL!
I think a better fit and different shoes would have made a significant difference here. I like the necklaces.
I love this. I think she’s genuinely got a personal style. I know it might not be to everyone’s taste, but since it’s so consistent, at least its very her. Hate the shoes with this. Like someone above mentioned, black booties and a more striking neck piece would have worked wonders.
LOVE IT! Kiran Rao has her ow taste & i live for it
no matter what she wears, she always has that super comfortable vibe about her that makes me like all her looks. I would agree that the dress was a little roomier than one would prefer, but I think the pairing of checks and plaid was interesting.
