Karisma attended a talk session focusing on Bollywood at Harvard University recently and was seen wearing a Payal Khandwala three-piece look with grey pumps and her grey Hermès Kelly bag. Am on the fence on how the cream short jacket and long kurta looked but in these pics with the grey jacket, the look came together really well.

Karisma looking good in a blazer with kurta is more a function of Karisma having the ability to pull off anything, than the short blazer over kurta bring a good fashion idea.
Blazer over kurta is laziness IMO – doing something different for the sake of it, instead of seeing if it actually aesthetically or functionally makes sense.
What is not funtional about a blazer over kurta?

i loved it ! but Harvard inviting Karishma to talk Bollywood makes little sense to me.
It makes sense because in order to be a successful bollywood actress one has to be a smart businesswoman and she also manages many businesses currently.

She started working at the tender age of 16. Has had a full-fledged career since she was a teen. I’m sure she has loads to share given her wealth of experience. There’s more to life than just excelling at standardized tests and cramming bookish knowledge.
