Kajol attended a tree planting eventon Friday wearing separates from Raw Mango. As you can see, she started out with jootis but swapped to the chunky sandals later, which also seemed quite out of place considering it was a rainy day and the ground was muddy.
While she looked sweet in the separates, clearly, someone (her or her stylist) totally missed the memo on what the event was about.

The sandals look cleanable, and the height kept her out of the mud. An understandable choice, as the jootis would have been wrecked.

You don’t need a stylist but common sense to tell you what is appropriate for an outdoor even during monsoon in Bombay. Having said that, she looks really sweet in the indoor pics.
How about the soil damage with those gigantic heels

The suit is still okay if she had paired it with sneakers..who wears heels to a plantation drive? Tanisha’s attire is so much more appropriate here.
What a missed opportunity for a brand to show their out door gear. Just look at Kate Middleton or Meghan Markle planting trees and you will get the hint. That aside, she looks absolutely beautiful for a friend’s sangeet or something.
