The hairstyle, outfit and shoes don’t go together. I feel the shoes and hairstyle are better matched with some other outfit.

I wonder how does one stand, sit or walk in a skirt like that? When posing for pictures it looks fine, but after that how does one stand or walk normally? Maybe there’s a certain kind of inner wear that’s custom-made for verrrry short skirts?

High school in my state has guidelines and this wouldn’t pass.

I was going to say the same – high school in Texas and I think most USA has to meet the finger guideline. Skirt length has to be lower than where your fingers land. The slit would never pass.
Also 90% of US high schooler girls are usually dressed in sweatshirts and sweatpants – that bedazzled top is too 90s Britney Spears to be acceptable for Gen Z.
The skirt is a bit of a recycling project gone wrong sort. But she has a neat figure and excellent pins (presumably not photoshopped) and the whole look is pleasant.
This looks is giving out a very Barbie vibe
THough hair style and sandals dont go with the dress but the dress suits her cheery smile and makes the look feel positive.
That skirt is so tight, it feels like the buttons could go flying off any minute. The hairstyle is very prim and proper and clashes with the sexy vibe of the outfit.
It seems she deliberately opted a smaller size to accentuate her cut curves but the fitting is way off to go unnoticed!
This isn’t even teen. This looks like what a 4 year old would wear.
This look somehow works for me owing to her stance and and cheery smile.
I feel she pulled it off.
