In Neeta Lulla
The screening of Manto on Sunday at Cannes saw Divya in an ivory and gold Neeta Lulla sari paired with an embellished clutch and pearl and gold jhoomar style Mrinalini Chandra earrings.
We sure loved seeing her in the sari!

as happy as I am she chose a saree is, so wish she’d gone for a traditional weave. imagine an ivory-and-gold Kanjeevaram or Banarasi or Paithani here. what a booster it would’ve been for a weaver, what an ambassador she’d have been for the country!
Right, just the way we have all started to buy clothes from the Chinese mill from where Fan Bingbing sources her clothes.
Let us give her credit as a woman and individual. Perhaps she thought a great deal about what she was going to wear, perhaps it is a gift? Maybe a contractual obligation? Can we stop projecting everything we want in an appearance and take it for what it is – that she looks fantastic!
You’re missing my point, but perhaps you aren’t looking for it at all?
Why is all this expected from THEM only? Why can’t WE OURSELVES do it?
Very pretty. Also, are there any pictures of Nandita Das at Cannes? She’s there as well.
Aren’t able to find any good full-length ones so far.
So pretty!
Elegant

So nice to see someone so gracefully represent India in Sarees .
Super talented and one of our best ambassadors at Cannes.
