At an awards event, Dia was seen in a black benarasi sari from Raw Mango and while the sari was nice, didn’t think the maaang tikka worked here with the uber sleek updo. A more casual loose bun would’ve looked better here.

looks lovely and the saree is beautiful and draped well…tika not required but is not taking much away from the look…so the larger pic is she is looking lovely ,has done justice to the saree and not degraded its grace by wearing bra blouses that hardly contain the wares
I dont know who suggested her to put that maang teeka.
It would have been an absolute perfection otherwise.
That mangtika is so tiny, first i thought she has put bhabhuti teeka on her forehead, just a little high.
Then i read the description amd zoomed in.
What an unnecessary addition that piece of jewellery is.
It would have been such a beautiful minimal look without that tika.
Why are Indian women dressing a saree like a suit. This look needed natural falling hair left down, not a super gelled balding hair look.
I thought she had worn this exact look before. I like it.
The hair part looks so artificial and like a super thin cap put on. Dia’s sightings are usually so good and I like this forehead down but that forehead and hair just make it so weird.
She looks absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful saree worn with a ‘proper’ blouse and nice drape. The hairstyle, though, is a different story. It’s so severe that it looks like she has a swim cap on. To make matters worse, there’s also the maang tikka!
