In Anavila
Dia and Konkona both recently wore Anavila’s solid colored kurta pants, and interestingly, both were styled similarly with simple pendant necklaces and hair worn down with a middle parting.
I am drawn more to Konkona’s green but the question here is, how would you wear the separates?

While there’s nothing wrong with these two sightings there is absolutely nothing remarkable about it either. Vanilla hospital scrubs kurta sets. Not sure why this would get featured..
Because ANY designer names makes celebs go crazy
This outfit which a neighborhood darzi masterji can sew for Rs500
Probably sells for Rs 25,000 on the Anavila and website ??
Yup…glorified hospital scrubs.
So agree, these “solid separates” are really nothing other than scrubs or patient wear. Way too utilitarian to make any impact.
Looking at them I thought wow, but then I read the hospital scrubs comment and now Hospital Playlist is all I can think of 🙂
Also looks like a truckers outfit. No disrespect to truckers though
Not the best shades on the outfit style.. the lite colors throw so much on the cut and style. but IL give it to dia here.. it’s suiting her more.
Both the ladies look lovely here, kept accessories to a minimum and let the suit stand out..love the gorgeous blue that Dia is wearing!
Don’t like the dress at all
while I usually love Anavila, I just didn’t get this range AT ALL. neither of these lovely ladies is selling it to me either.
These kurta sets are not well made. Look at the pyjamas on Dia, they are not even the correct length. The cut of the kurtas are not flattering. And the sets are so plain – they are calling out for a bit of embroidery or fabric paint. As they are, I would not pick them to wear. South Asian textiles can be so colourful, why would I wear such boring stuff?
Ugh
