Deepika attended the 25th anniversary of the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy in Feb wearing a Rajesh Pratap Singh long kurta and churidaars with black slingback heels, vintage gold studs and a Gabriela Hearst bag. Given all that black, I wish she’d worn minimalist sandals here but that was a minor gripe. She looked good.
Also, this outfit may feel like a Ditto with Kriti and Parineeti’s Rajesh Pratap Singh outing but theirs had gold buttons on them.

I agree with PnP that the shoes are too much of a statement. Flat jootis or even oxfords would have worked IMHO. The whole outfit is elegant in its androgyny, and Deepika looks smashing!
