Deepika’s second song from her upcoming movie is out in which the actress wears a Rabanne twin set and what also looked like a modified LaQuan Smith bodysuit. Anyone else getting Besharam rang déjà vu from this song?

Apart from her fashion choices, would like to see DP in a movie in a Piku avatar or something that is de-glam. She is going the SRK way, becoming a caricature of the real life DP on celluloid. First Pathaan, then Jawaan, now Fighter. It’s getting repetitive now.
There’s no freshness to these looks.
Nothing stands out whether its the hair, outfits or makeup.
How is her team not seeing this?
Or are they overlooking it?
And its back to back.
Gehraiyaan, pathaan and now this.
Its so identical, it could have been from any of those films.
That over bronzing and over shimmer are an over kill.
Honestly, im bored.
Please change ur stylist for a while, dp.
Shalina is doing great job, but there isnt any characteristically different from ur last 2-3 films.
A new eye might add some uniqueness.

Not that the fashion choices are bad same outfits might look great on someone else but they became so repetitive on Deepika that her bikini looks and toned body doesn’t excite anymore
I don’t think it’s fair to review a stars look from a movie. It’s probably someone else’s vision. But agree to a comment above, would love to see her in a Piku kinda look. Just herself deglam…
Her onscreen styling is not so much about the character she is playing, but about translating what her fans see as her off-screen glamourous persona.
From the trailer rushes that I saw, she is playing a fighter pilot in the movie. I wonder where do women fighter pilots wear such outfits off-duty??

This is fictional glamour added to grab eyeballs and get the tickets clicking.
Only issue is it’s hard to digest since we look upon our real life women fighters with respect.
The hair, the bronzer, the clothes seem like from more than a decade ago. Like Aishwarya in Dhoom 2.

If hrirhik was missing from the pics ( and video) I honestly couldn’t tell this apart from besharam rang. Clothes , set, jewellery and even makeup is just copy paste . Yawnnnnnnn!!!
The stylist repetitive but she sure is carrying it off really well because she’s such an amazingly toned body
How would I was surprise to see the puckering on the waist in the first picture with sequins which tells me that there is fabric stitched to her mini skirt that is made to look like skin color. Kind of looked odd.

I hope they’ll stop dressing Deepika like cocktail, this isn’t as good and she’s grown. There’s definitely much better to do beach glam.

DP used to look effortless… Now even in the beach scenes /songs also we find her in heavy accessories, full make up .too much styling in movies these days … The pink outfit reminded me of her Cocktail , Race 2 days tho.
Sorry but the first song, second song she looks so big and broad. Ofcourse she has a great body and super fit but the outfits she is wearing make her look almost as big as Hrithik. Esp the blue top and silver skirt, she looks almost manly.
These songs are nothing but music-videos of singers…only difference is that ..in india they are part of movies LOL. The designers, song directors all are given cue to make it look like a music-video to make them independent of the movies script. Like seeing this music -video , it is definitely not a situation song.It is plugged in song. Coming to clothes ..yes DP is repeating same stuff.SHe looks the same in all looks. Cocktail was refreshing…but when you do the same stuff over and over….ppl get bored
