In Miló Maria

Deepika attended the virtual trailer launch of her upcoming movie wearing a leather dress from Miló Maria with red pumps. While the virtual meeting saw her sport a nute matte lip, for the photoshoots she wore a darker mocha shade. While we wish we could’ve seen a real life outing of her in the dress, she looked good nevertheless.

    • Hate the dress. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Also time to stop with the fake contact lenses! Deepika has dark, practically black, coloured eyes but insists on wearing lighter brown contacts and it’s so cringe!

      • She has dark skin and black eyes, however, some of her fans keep on pretending and misrepresenting about her all the time on many different online forums to make it seem that she is naturally fair and with light brown eyes (as if there is something wrong with having dark skin/eyes).

  1. Its a hot dress and Deepika rocked it as well but somehow it does not align with the films tone! Plus this was done online and something more relaxed would have been relatable.

  2. That dress looks two sizes too small. I felt like Deepika wanted all the attention on herself during that interview and so chose this outfit. Weird

    • Everyone else got a diff memo- have no idea why Deepika was wearing this for a Zoom call with Film Companion where are Costars are practically newbies.
Mid career crisis ? Because I have never seen her dressed like that.

  3. She looks incredible! This is how she should dress; well fitted silhouettes with a bit of oomph. Her hair looks very chic as well. On another note, she looks incredible in the movie Gehraiyaan.

I wish she was back being styled by Anaita Shroff again.

  4. This seems a little outdated but I’d rather her dress this way than something oversized and ugly… like the hair and makeup in the shoot. Also her body is insane!

  5. Great editorial pic! But that it. Too risqué for a online meet/ call. Even the makeup is not great. If I was among the audience, instead of hearing what she has to say about the movie, I would be hoping/not hoping her boobs to have a malfunction. LOL.

    • Wow, that’s great thinking. Cheers to you being a woman (as the name suggests).

I wish I could somehow have a slow clap gif attached too.

  6. The amount of slut shaming that’s going on here is incredible. I think this blog has been allowed to become another tacky gossip site where people hide behind anonymity and say awful things they wouldn’t have the spine to say to someone’s face.

    • I so agree . These same people will happily go and pester for selfies when they spot DP and all other actors . It’s fine to comment on the styling and the outfit but saying things like she looks like a porn star is absolutely shameful

  7. Here’s the thing. With all these events being virtual, the stylists and PR are getting creative with the area most visible on screen . In other words… Hair, face and upto bust area. So they put all efforts there where there is max focus. Probably the explanation for her look.

  8. It’s just boobs people – skin and muscle. Get over it. All women and nowadays a lot of men have them. People are talking about free the boob movement t and yaha we get uncomfortable with skin show. Aage bhade ki nahi ?

She looks great and hot. She has worked hard to be this fit.
    Kudos.

  9. My thing is she looks smashing but it’s also a dress made out of a trashy, unforgiving material where you just burrito’ed your body. But there are occasions for trashy dresses where you look smashing. Go up in the club in this dress: Yes. Go to a zoom press meet in this dress where errbody else be wearing blazers but Ananya: No. It’s incongruent and that’s the difficulty. Fashion isn’t just about the clothes you wear, but the context for your clothes.

  10. So many shades of reds is making this look not cohesive and may be the dress could have a one size bigger. She looks a little uncomfortable, may be its me. Yes the attention was on deepika if thats what she wants

  11. I saw the interview…. And how looking at the editorial pics I am thinking- this is martyrdom of the mammary gland- how hard it must have been to sit and talk in geheraiyan (depth) and at length. Because Deepika’s responses where definitely not pithy.

  12. as many have said above, this dress works great for a photoshoot/editorial, but ends up looking trashy or, at the very least, inappropriate for an interview. but then event-appropriate dressing has never been a thing in Bollywood.

  13. When I first saw her Zoom pics first on Instagram, for a moment I thought her head was photoshopped onto Chloe Kardashian because I saw a very similar dress on her sometime ago. Deepika’s face looked disconnected from her torso and the dress. And her expression looks pained here. The dress looks all sorts of uncomfortable and couple of sizes smaller in the Zoom picture. The photoshoot picture is a million bucks worth though! She rocks the editorial look!. Maybe the dress was supposed to be worn for photoshoots and editorials and not actual events.

  14. D looks great. The dress, not so much, but I love the color.

Am I the only one who noticed shoddy Photoshopping of her legs, especially her right leg?
