When we say keep it minimal to let the outfit do the talking, we don’t quite mean not to wear any jewellery at all. Case in point, Vidya who wore a nice sari but still comes off looking unfinished because of zero-jewellery.

On an aside, even though Republic Day is more than a month away, Ms. Balan has been feeling quite patriotic of late. Don’t believe us? Well, have a looksee inside! 😛

To promote their upcoming movie, Katrina Kaif and Farah Khan made an appearance on a TV show, both dressed in kurta-churidaars…

Of the two, we much preferred Farah’s look. Katrina’s Rocky S outfit was just too gaudy (even tacky) for us!

In Stella McCartney

It was a Stella McCartney python-print jumpsuit for Ms. Dewan at the recent do which she paired with an embellished black jacket, Bottega Veneta clutch and some metallic pumps.

Though not a fan of the jumpsuit at all, got to admit, Anu made it work for herself! The black jacket helped in breaking down the print which otherwise would’ve been way too overwhelming. Now if only Ms. Dewan had pulled back her hair into a soft pony with some hair framing her face (if the severe pony isn’t a look for her)!

Both ladies chose embellished-shoulder gowns to wear to the Burberry do. While the color looks great on Krishka, it is Rhea who wears her look a lot better. Agree?
