It was a Babita Malkani sari for Pranutan while at a soirée earlier this evening. Didn’t care for the blouse and drape on Tara, don’t care for it on Pranutan. We are no prudes to be running scared of décolletés but, some things work and some things don’t. And this definitely doesn’t.

More promotional appearances, more looks to decipher. And I do mean decipher. The brown separates weren’t without issues but it’s the look in Hene that had us truly take a second to let it all sink in. It’s a jacket with ruched sleeves and a train. Paired with biker shorts. Outside of perhaps an editorial, it was a bold choice to wear it but not a risk that paid off. It just didn’t work. Hair and make-up though, both times worked well; Bhumi looked lovely neck up.

Recent round of movie promotions had Kriti wearing a high-low dress by Nikita Mhaisalkar. Ankle-strap sandals aside, she rounded out her look with assorted bangles and rings by Aquamarine, Anmol and Amrapali and a traditional necklace by Tyaani. Like the bangles but this particular necklace made for a somewhat rather odd choice given the dress in question.
While in the capital promoting her movie, Kriti was photographed in Ridhima Bhasin. Silver jewelry by Sangeeta Boochra rounded out her look this time around. Nothing to complain about here, Kriti made the look work for her!
