Doing all-black in a mesh Self-Portrait dress was Athiya at the Rima Jain birthday event. You’ll remember seeing the dress on Tanya as well just a few weeks ago.
While Athiya had the footwear advantage over here, the look still felt a bit dull. Maybe a different colored clutch would’ve spruced up her look a bit.

Wearing a gold Monisha Jaising dress, Sayani attended the GQ Men Of The Year Awards in Mumbai on Tuesday evening.
You’ll remember seeing Sophie wear a sleeveless version of the dress just a few weeks to another event but instead of pumps, Ms. Choudry picked gold sandals and a red lip to finish out her look.
Between the full-sleeves and the matching pumps, the look felt a bit OTT on Sayani. Much preferred Sophie in hers. You?

Wearing a purple-navy Payal Khandwala dress, Raveena attended a recent do in Mumbai. Love the color on her but between the strong red lip, bejeweled minaudière, chunky jewelry and heavy black sandals, the dress didn’t quite make the impact it ought to have. There were just way too many elements competing and clashing visually.
Ms. Tandon looked good. And with different sandals and clutch, the look would’ve been even better.

Kriti and Parineeti were both spotted on Monday doing checked shirts with a black tank, distressed denims and white sneakers. It may not be a level-playing field here because Ms. Chopra was photographed off-duty and Kriti while travelling but can’t say we cared for the former’s denims at all.

At the press event for a TV show, Prachi was seen in a Masaba creation, one that we also saw on Sophie while she took in the designer’s show at Lakme Fashion Week a few months ago.
Preferred Ms. Desai just by a margin because of the simpler sandal. That doesn’t mean that I liked this dress. Hate the stark black top and the zipper detail.
