‘naiad’, ‘Rashmi’ and ‘Smitten’ point to us that we’ve actually seen this studded vest and now we know why we forgot. Who could remember the vest when distracted by those distressed denims. And it wasn’t just the denims that went wrong for Deepika, her outfit is just so busy and sometimes mixing different things can look good but in her case it certainly didn’t.

No points for guessing, which way we’d vote if we had a face off. 😛

At Zara Mumbai’s launch, this model Vidisha Pavate was spotted wearing the same one-shouldered embellished Swapnil Shinde gown seen first on fellow model Amrit Maghera back in Jan.

Make-up wise, they both were pretty off and neither really stood out but if we really have to pick, we’ll go with Amrit. Hate those silver sandals on the other lady.

Update: Looks like am wrong and that’s not Vidisha. Help ID, please.

Spotted a one-shouldered Swapnil Shinde gown on Shazahn which, she wore to the recently held IIFA Awards. Have to say, much prefer this gown over the version seen on Mugdha.

Considering the gown was so heavily embellished, it was a goood move to keep the accessories minimal, the hair pulled-back and the make-up fresh.

Ms. Kapoor looked great waist-up at a recent launch but there were just so many competing elements as far as her look itself was concerned… between the stark white watch, screaming red nails and gold YSL heels, it was all a bit too much. Pity, the BeBe dress (that was also spotted on Shamita Shetty) in itself was enough to make an impact.

On an aside, looks like the heavy eye make-up is getting bit of a rest. Did the recent People magazine cover have anything to do with it? 😉

Spotted on Rima Mehra, the same Shantanu and Nikhil dress that we saw on Tara a few months ago. Not having seen a full-length pic, we’ll just say of what we see, we like the dress on both these ladies.

Love the blue pumps on Tara and seeing this picture, makes me wish she’d go back to her pre-streak tresses even more.

Incidentally, a version of this dress was also seen on Lisa Haydon for her Harper’s shoot.
