Designer Gabriella Demetriades attended a recent Awards evening wearing separates from her own label, Deme. Between the puckering darts on the vest and the visible white zipper on the pants, we are not sold on the look! For a designer representing her own work, you would think she’d pay extra attention to the finish on her clothes; this was a missed opportunity.

For the premiere of her movie, Tara picked a Gauri and Nainika gown to wear. With her hair in a sleek updo, she rounded out the look with jewelry by Diamantina and pair of sparkly Louboutins. The look’s very Nineties pageant vibe is hard to miss. But the real question is, does Tara make it work?

Like Disha, Genelia too went with super casual for one screening and with a relatively dressier approach for another.

If I had to choose, my vote would go to the white separates, no contest there! The chunky boots that she paired her denims with were an absolute deal-breaker for me; the proportions do her no favor and the chunky/grunge-y boots themselves just didn’t work with rest of the look.

For the movie premiere held last evening in Mumbai, Athiya suited up. Jewelry aside, she rounded out the look with a coral-toned lip color and pair of classic black pumps. That corset isn’t the easiest thing to pull off but Athiya wears it with ease; the statuesque actor worked every bit of the look.
