Designer Gabriella Demetriades attended a recent Awards evening wearing separates from her own label, Deme. Between the puckering darts on the vest and the visible white zipper on the pants, we are not sold on the look! For a designer representing her own work, you would think she’d pay extra attention to the finish on her clothes; this was a missed opportunity.

I think it’s well established that this designer makes clothes that are cheap and the designs are heavily plagiarized. And yet, HHC keeps featuring the designer and Bollywood keeps wearing her clothes. I wonder which is worse.
It’s a mystery to me how she became a designer and who buys her clothes. Who on earth would want to wear such badly designed and poorly stitched clothes ?

I agree with most of the comments. How in the world is she a designer. Her clothes are tacky and looks like they were stitched by a lazy tailor. Most of it looks like what Julia Roberts wore before she met Richard Gere
Can we all stop trying to make Deme happen? Not even one outfit featured from this brand is worth being called designer.
