In Shantanu And Nikhil

Wearing a metallic Shantanu And Nikhil dress, Sonakshi attended an awards event held last evening. With her hair swept to the side, she finished out the look with a Manish Arora for Amrapali ear cuff and oxblood lip and nails. Between the fabric, color, tiers and sheer panel, there’s a whole lot going with that dress. And while it (the dress) may not have been our first pick, props to Ms. Sinha for totally owning her look.

The Blues

Wearing denims and blue shirts, both Diana and Priyanka were photographed in Mumbai. Diana kept it easy and casual by finishing out the look with a black satchel and white flats. Priyanka took the slightly dressier approach by pairing her chambray shirt and black denims with grey pumps and a Louis Vuitton tote. They both looked good but we are feeling Diana’s laid-back vibe just a wee bit more!

Wearing It Two Ways

Five years later, Ms. Dutta brought her Louis Vuitton jacket out for another spin, this time wearing it with a pencil skirt and a pair of black pumps. The rather conservative look was finished out with an updo, discreet black earrings and a cocktail ring. Do not much care for the jacket (or the ring she added to her look) but will give props to Lara for managing to wear the jacket without making us cringe. Can think of many others who would’ve fared far worse!

Wearing a tulip-hem Marciano dress, Rashmi attended a recent event. Wearing her hair down, she finished out the look with a red clutch and brown peep-toes. Though the animal-print dress worked on Ms. Nigam, the shoes brought down the look a notch; too heavy for the dress!
