Wearing a Seema Gujral sari, Lakshmi attended a recent event. A sleek ponytail, understated earrings, matching cuff and a Miu Miu clutch finished out her look. Though ordinarily we aren’t fans of lurex, Ms. Manchu wears her metallic sari rather well. She looked great!

The unfortunate truth is, Ms. Manchu doesn’t always get the best reviews on these pages. A pity really since the beautiful actor can do far better than the clothes she often picks. Wish we’d see more appearances like this from her. (Not in metallic saris, just well turned out while still letting her personal aesthetic shine.)

Wearing a black Nikhil Thampi gown, Deepika attended a recently held awards night. Signature do, gold-tone earrings and an oxblood lip finished out her look. The actor looked great! That said though, we must point out, as much as Deepika works the backcombed updo, the stunning actor is due for a change.

It was an Osman for Ms. Bhatt while in attendance at a recent awards do. Wearing her hair down, she finished out the look with smokey eyes and strappy gold sandals.

Wish Alia hadn’t skipped the shirt, the look would’ve been a whole lot more sassier with it on. But seeing as she chose to go a different route, this look could’ve definitely used more. Bolder shoes and different hair for starters. As is, the look felt same ol’, same ol’.

Wearing chandelier-print Farah Sanjana separates, Ileana attended a recent event. With her hair up, she finished out the look with dramatic smokey eyes, gold-tone earrings, stack of bracelets and black pumps. While she wears the look well, it was one chandelier too many; wish she swapped the printed crop-top with a plain one instead. Nevertheless, the actor looked good. It’s an interesting change of pace.

Wearing a gorgeous Sabyasachi lehenga-sari, Divya posed for the photogs on the red carpet at a recent awards event. There were however two issues with this look that we just couldn’t look past. One, the color does absolutely nothing for Divya; she looks washed out! And two, the hair! Less said on the subject, the better. We’ve seen her do way better!
